45 Unit Super 8 Motel “The best new motel I’ve seen anywhere in the country, and I’ve seen quite a few!” That’s how one member of the Super 8 national staff described this motel . When this motel was first conceived, the Owner did not intend to join a franchise chain. However, we designed the facility to our own set of standards which we felt would meet the requirements of any chain which might later be considered. Of course, the facility meets all requirements of the ADA and the Illinois Accessibility Code The project is expandable to a possible 81 units. The design can also accommodate the addition of an interior swimming pool and meeting rooms of various sizes.
